A. Tyrone Glover is a seasoned trial lawyer representing clients facing a wide variety of legal issues. His areas of practice include: criminal defense, civil rights, civil litigation, and small business transactions. He has served hundreds of clients and tried multiple high stakes felony cases including, homicides, complex economic crimes, and Colorado Organized Crime and Control Act (COCCA) cases, and has achieved many favorable outcomes including, acquittals, case dismissals, suppressions by the court, and significantly mitigated sentences.
The son of parents and grandparents who fought hard for equality and justice long before these principles were universally guaranteed, Mr. Glover continued in that tradition by becoming a public defender and serving the Denver area underprivileged with distinction ? earning Bootcamp Lawyer of the Year recognition in 2012.
Mr. Glover is a born fighter and strong advocate for those in need of someone willing to passionately defend and protect their rights and interests. He honed many of the admirable qualities he displays in his tireless case preparation during his time spent as a professional mixed martial arts fighter. Aside from his distinguished work as a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Glover has experience in corporate law where he has advised corporate clients on legal issues facing their businesses in the entertainment, financial services, travel, medical marijuana, and sports industries.
Mr. Glover is a board member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, the Colorado Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division Executive Council, the Colorado Scholarship Coalition and The Minoru Yasui Inn of Court. He also mentors African-American law students at the University of Colorado Law School and is the founder of the Young Lawyers Division of the Sam Cary Bar Association. He is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training 2015 class.
