Personal Concern for Injury Survivors and Their Caregivers

"Your assistance secured the finances that allowed us not just to afford finding the best medical care possible, but also to be able to have our children. There were some very difficult days that left us fearing that this hope and dream would never be fulfilled. I cannot express to you the gratitude we both feel for your guidance and support through that case and what it has allowed us to create in our lives."

Letter dated March 20, 2015, from husband with regards to wife's injuries and recovery.

"I would like to thank you for all the hard work and dedication you have displayed in representing my son for the past few years.  The effort you put into this case is proof of a true professional and also a man with great integrity.  I really believe you had the best interest at all times for my son."

Letter dated March 19, 2007, from mother of brain injured client.

Judge's Comment

At a hearing in San Diego Superior Court on September 30, 2010, to approve a $3,000,000 settlement for my brain injured client and his wife, the Judge kindly remarked that I am "someone you could play dice with over the phone."

It always makes sense to me to be truthful in representing my clients.

If there is not a true story to be told, there is no reason to have my assistance.

AV Preeminent Continuously Since 1984

AV Preeminent (4.5-5.0) is a significant rating accomplishment - a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.

(Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory)

David Goldin graduated from Stanford Law and Stanford Business Schools as the first student to complete the then new law (JD) and business (MBA) combined degree program at Stanford. He started his legal career in San Diego in criminal law successfully handling jury trials for those who could not afford an attorney in serious felony cases such as rape, robbery and murder, obtaining "not guilty" jury verdicts in these and other cases on behalf of his indigent clients.

In the mid-1970's Mr. Goldin's law practice changed to civil cases. In the 1980's, along with an active business litigation practice, he became interested in brain injury cases. In the 1990's he found those suffering "mild" traumatic brain injuries often did not receive fair compensation in our courts and decided to concentrate on helping survivors of brain injury and their families. Since that time Mr. Goldin has successfully obtained numerous six and seven figure money recoveries for his injury clients.

Mr. Goldin now focuses his law practice on serious brain and spinal cord (central nervous system) injury.  His goal is to offer personal legal services that make a difference by providing attention and resources for the successful treatment and rehabilitation of injury survivors and their families.

Mr. Goldin believes the key to successful legal representation is personal concern for his clients and their caregivers.
