Tom DeMine is a highly experienced State and Federal Criminal Defense Attorney, licensed and a member in good standing with the Florida legal system, since 2006. As a former Prosecutor, he understands all aspects of this area of law practice, he is familiar with the local and state court systems, and Tom is a respected member of the Fort Myers legal community.


After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Legal Studies at Clemson University, Tom continued his education at the Stetson University College of Law. He completed his Juris Doctor Degree there in 2006 and began his law career as Prosecuting Attorney with the State Attorney's Office in Lee County, Florida.


Attorney Tom DeMine spent three years working as a Prosecuting Attorney before he entered a partnership at the Law Offices of Brener and DeMine, P.S., in Fort Myers, FL, in 2009. He has helped hundreds of clients charged with criminal offenses like DUI, Speeding Tickets, Drug Possession, Fraud, Burglary, and other crimes, including White Collar offenses.
