After 40 years practicing law, Bob M. Cohen says he is most satisfied when clients get a big settlement check and use the proceeds to put their lives back together.
“It gives us a sense of personal satisfaction to know that the money got our clients’ marriage back together and got them back on the road with their job. That feeling of self respect motivated them to go on and have a good life.”
Bob is able to reassemble his clients’ lives by giving each case his personal attention, and snuffing out any issues that may arise during the handling of the case. It is Bob’s vast personal injury and wrongful death legal experience that is the engine behind the firm’s stunning settlement record.
He has specialized in personal injury law since 1970 when he received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Bob’s career has been studded with success: He has won virtually every award given in the personal injury attorney field; and his career is defined by service.
He is an American Bar Association, State Bar of California and Los Angeles County Bar Association member — and a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Bob is also an active member of both the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and California; and is a former member of the Los Angeles Police Department Crime Prevention Advisory Council.
He has been elected to the Board of Directors of the BBB of Los Angeles and Silicon Valley. He has served on countless boards, including D.A.R.E. in California and nationally, the Board of Governors and Grand Foundation of the Cedars Sinai Medical Center, and the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s Museum of Tolerance.
