Brooke Alexander graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law after receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Brooke worked for five years in private practice with a law firm specializing in insurance defense litigation before becoming the trial litigator for Allstate Insurance Company in the metro Richmond area. She brings insight from her experience as a defense attorney and working for the insurance companies to help her clients achieve the best results.
She has tried many personal injury matters and is committed to the best possible representation for her clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge regarding civil litigation matters with a specific focus on personal injury and workers' compensation. Her experience includes representing clients in state and federal court for matters involving car accidents, tractor trailer collisions, drunk driving accidents, premise liability (including slip and falls), dog bites and wrongful death matters. Brooke has appeared successfully before the Supreme Court of Virginia, Workers' Compensation Commission, Circuit Court jury trials around Virginia, and General District Court trials.
Outside the courtroom, she enjoys spending time with her husband and child as well as attending music and art events around town. She lives in Westhampton.
