Attorney for ArchCity Defenders, representing and advocating for homeless, indigent, and under-served women in the St. Louis County Municipal Court system. As an advocate for marginalized and vulnerable peoples, Chelsea has fought at all levels of the justice system, including in the municipal, state, appellate, and federal courts in Missouri. Chelsea is a certified Guardian ad Litem in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, and she is a Member in Good Standing with the Missouri Bar and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri.

She serves on the Young Friends Council of the Missouri Botanical Garden and the Young Professionals Board Ronald McDonald House Red Shoe Society. Dedicating to a sustainable, greener St. Louis, Chelsea was a founding member of the Young Friends of Brightside St. Louis and has advocated for a city-wide plastic bag ban to reduce waste both on land and in the Mississippi River.

Chelsea has served as a consultant for St. Louis-area policymakers and Missouri legislators, assisting with drafting legislation for consumer issues, women's and LGBTQ rights, environmental concerns, and social justice. While in law school, Chelsea lobbied with Medicaid expansion advocates to improve healthcare access to low-income Missourians and served two terms as the President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity at Saint Louis University School of Law. Chelsea has appeared in national and local publications like the Huffington Post, The River Front Times, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, St. Louis American, and Next STL, to advocate for her clients and under-served communities in St. Louis and Missouri.
