Mr. Dunn has experience managing a comprehensive docket of both transactional and litigation based cases He has handled a variety of residential property transaction ranging from individual purchases to investor lead joint ventures as well as drafting leases and litigating issues in the landlord/tenant arena. He has personally handled hundreds of felony cases through every aspect of the litigation process. In addition to trying cases, he negotiated favorable plea agreements, argued numerous motions and conducted testimonial evidentiary hearings.
A proud Rutgers School of Law-Newark alum, he was selected to serve as Editor-in-Chief for the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal while completing his law degree.
Prior to law school, Mr. Dunn served on Active Duty with the United States Army for over five years. There, he obtained a comprehensive set of leadership skills that form the foundation for his philosophy that every client and every case needs a comprehensive legal strategy, and a lawyer skilled enough to constantly adapt to the ever changing legal landscape. Whether in combat overseas, or while providing humanitarian aid in Louisiana in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, he regularly worked under extraordinary pressure to manage multiple projects on tight timelines, often with life or death implications.
Mr. Dunn brings all of his experience to bear for his clients. No two cases are the same, and the implications can be life changing. Mr. Dunn recognizes that and it is at the center of his representation.
