In 2015, Mr. Harris had 2 separate Jury verdicts upheld by the Michigan Supreme Court. In the case of Latham v Barton Malow, the Court upheld a verdict of nearly 2 million dollars in favor of Plaintiff who sustained two broken ankles in a work related accident. In a first party no-fault case, Home Owners Insurance offered zero before trial, and the jury awarded $181,000 in favor of Plaintiff.
