Early Legal Experience
Before joining Hudson King, David worked with one of Metro-Atlanta's premier law firms. He primarily represented catastrophically injured victims in cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, and automobile wrecks. David helped try multiple cases to a jury verdict and helped secure a $1.9 million verdict in a medical malpractice case in 2018.
Educational Background & Personal Life
David attended the University of Georgia School of Law, receiving his J.D. summa cum laude in 2016, graduating 4th in his class. While in law school, he served as a member of the editorial and managing boards of the Georgia Law Review. Prior to graduation, David also received awards for finishing with the highest grade in both Legal Research & Writing and Criminal Procedure II. After graduation, David was inducted into the Order of the Coif, which is an academic honors society for those who finish in the top 10% of their law school class. He received his undergraduate degree from Valdosta State University. David was born and raised in Nashville, Georgia. After spending several years in north Georgia, he moved back home to be closer to his family. David enjoys playing guitar, attending concerts, and attending football games in Athens.
