Elden Alexander Pennington was born in 1983 In Santa Fe, New Mexico. He grew up in Roswell, New Mexico. He attended and graduated from The College of Santa Fe in 2006, with a B.A. in Conservation Studies. Mr. Pennington attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated with a J.D. in 2009.
Mr. Pennington returned to Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2009 and began practicing as an associate with Clark & Jones LLC. Mr. Pennington was offered partnership in 2013 and continues to be a partner with the law firm of Clark, Jones & Pennington LLC. Mr. Pennington's practice consists primarily of criminal defense. As criminal defense lawyer Mr. Pennington has successfully represented clients for drug offenses, felonies, misdemeanors, DWI and game and fish violations. Mr. Pennington also practices administrative law but it is limited to driver's license revocations and game and fish revocations.
