Eric Fong - Mr. Fong instructs at Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College, and is on the board of directors with Mr. Spence. Mr. Fong is on the board of directors for WSTLA, and is vice-chair of WSTLA's criminal law section. He has served on the board of directors for the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce, the board of directors for the Port Orchard Rotary club and is a trustee for the Kitsap County Bar Association.
With extensive trial and appellate experience, he is one of a handful of lawyers who consistently obtains excellent results at the trial and appellate level. He has tried over 40 cases to a verdict and argued over 60 cases in the Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court. Mr. Fong has successfully litigated catastrophic and whiplash auto crashes, products liability and brain injury cases in the United States District Courts of Western and Eastern Washington, Pierce County, King County and Kitsap County. In the criminal arena his experience includes cases from Murder in the First Degree to petty theft, federal charges to complex, precedent setting constitutional arguments.
Mr. Fong graduated from Indiana University in 1993, Seattle School of Law in 1996 and the Trial Lawyers College in 2001. He is the managing partner of Rovang Fong & Associates. He is a WSTLA Eagle, a member of WACDL, and licensed to practice law in federal districts and the US Supreme Court. His hobbies include fishing, skiing, gardening and just being out doors.
