Wayne Hardee has been successfully handling personal injury and wrongful death cases for more than 35 years. At Hardee & Hardee, LLP, Wayne handles the firm's pre-litigation cases, with the help of attorneys Brack Massey and Kyle Blodgett and the firm's experienced staff.

Wayne grew up in Grifton, North Carolina. After completing high school, he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1979. He then attended the School of Law at Campbell University and was admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 1982.

Wayne began his law career in 1982 as an associate at the Greenville law firm of James, Hite, Cavendish & Blount. Then, in 1984, Wayne and his brother, Charles, opened their own law practice in Greenville as Hardee & Hardee. Wayne and Charles have continuously practiced personal injury law together their entire legal careers.
