For more than 30 years, Bruce Fishelman worked to obtain justice for those who needed it most. After law school, Bruce served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for Jersey City, New Jersey and helped to establish the first full-time municipal court in New Jersey. He further served as the city’s first full-time prosecutor. In the years since his government service, Bruce handled some of the most complex civil cases in the country, including prominent pharmaceutical litigation. Bruce filed one of the first federal cases alleging improprieties with the diet drug cocktail “Fen-Phen,” and was one of the primary attorneys in a key Vioxx matter. He also obtained a $3.7 million jury verdict for a personal injury victim. Bruce Fishelman dedicated his life to being the lawyer whom the jury rightfully trusted to bring them the truth.
