James P. Lo is the founder and managing partner of James Lo Esq., P.C., an established Brooklyn-based New York law firm which dedicates its practice to the fields of personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice. James has over 22 years of experience in litigating cases in the New York State and federal courts. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients injured and/or killed by the negligence of others, and has recovered millions of dollars on their behalf in verdicts, settlements and awards. With his vast experience, James and his legal team are able to vigorously represent clients in almost any personal injury matter.
James’ core focus is to fight for injured clients who cannot fight for themselves. James is a family man and carries this mentality with his clients whom he treats in the caring, compassionate and professional manner that they deserve. James also serves as an Adjunct Law Instructor in the Foundational Lawyering Skills Course at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He has also authored articles published in Chinese newspapers concerning various legal issues in the Chinese communities, and is active in the Asian American Bar Association of New York.
