Trey Allen is a native of Dallas, Texas. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990, he attained his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Mr. Allen started his own law practice shortly thereafter. Throughout his career, Mr. Allen has focused primarily on the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury, business tort, and employment cases, including trucking accidents, construction accidents, pharmaceutical injuries, medical device failures, and injuries to the brain and spine. Mr. Allen's business tort and employment representations include breach of contract, trade secret theft, and wage and hour violations. Mr. Allen has extensive and diverse experience in civil litigation and trial and he represents clients that live across the country and in venues nationwide. Mr. Allen is a member of the American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Public Justice Foundation, the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before several United States District Courts.
