Justin Stalpes has experience in complex civil litigation, including environmental contamination, medical malpractice, products liability, and pharmaceutical litigation. He serves as a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association Amicus Committee, which writes legal briefs to the Montana Supreme Court on the behalf of consumers and injured persons. Mr. Stalpes also participates in the local pro bono program, representing individuals who are unable to afford an attorney. During law school, Mr. Stalpes served on the Montana Law Review and Montana Moot Court Team and graduated second in his class. During law school, Mr. Stalpes interned with Federal Magistrate Judge Lynch. Mr. Stalpes has co-taught US Constitutional Law at Montana State University and otherwise spends his free time skiing and mountain biking.
Mr. Stalpes is a member of the Montana State and Federal Bar. He is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit US Court of Appeals.
