Neil L. Henrichsen, a founding member of Henrichsen Siegel, is an experienced AV Rated civil trial lawyer. Mr. Henrichsen has tried to verdict numerous cases before juries and judges in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Henrichsen's trial practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in domestic and international commercial disputes, business fraud claims, banking/financial industry negligence, construction law, civil rights and employment/labor matters. Additionally, Mr. Henrichsen has negotiated and resolved hiring and exit packages for executives for over twenty years. He has been involved in complex civil litigation that includes the representation of commercial sureties in claims situations, construction disputes for sureties, owners and contractors, financial fraud and banking negligence and creditor/debtor workouts. Trial accomplishments include a $1.1 million judgment on behalf of a commission sales executive for non-payment under a sales commission plan, civil rights and employment discrimination jury verdicts for liability and damages, including punitive damages, commercial law plaintiff and defense verdicts and an election law trial win.
Mr. Henrichsen received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the City University of New York, Hunter College, has a Juris Doctor degree from The Washington College of Law, The American University, and a M.A. degree in Law and International Affairs from the American University, School of International Service.
