Attorney Uche is a highly successful and aggressive Chicago criminal and DUI attorney. His dedication and passion for the defense of his clients is reflected in his recent wins against all types of criminal prosecutions as well as in a 2014 award he received from The National Trial Lawyers, when that organization recognized Attorney Uche as a top 40 lawyer under 40.

Attorney Uche's unique talent for successful courtroom advocacy became evident early in his legal education with a string of competitive advocacy awards and honors to his name. While attending one of the best law schools in the Midwest, he won a Best Attorney Award at the Stanford Law School Mock Trial Invitational in California. He followed that up by winning the Best Petitioner's Brief Award at the August A. Rendigs National Products Liability Moot Court Competition in Ohio.

Recognizing his talent for advocacy, the University of Wisconsin's prestigious Moot Court Board unanimously elected him as their Competition Chair. By the time Attorney Uche graduated from law school, he had also been awarded the University of Wisconsin Law School's Mathy's Memorial Award for Advocacy, for his service to the Moot Court Board.

After law school, Attorney Uche joined one of the largest and most respected prosecutor's office in the United States: The Cook County State's Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, he successfully prosecuted well over a thousand criminal and DUI cases and in the process gained a wealth of experience with criminal law and the complex criminal justice system. In fact, Attorney Uche's experience with criminal trials has earned him the distinction of being a member of the prestigious Federal Trial Bar for the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Illinois.

As a Chicago criminal and DUI attorney, Attorney Uche has decided to use his talent for advocacy, as well as his experience as a prosecutor, to provide the best and aggressive representation for anyone charged with a crime.
