As a highly-experienced advocate for employees, Nicol is determined to fight for employee rights and equality in the workplace. She is a first-generation lawyer, who is originally from Lebanon.
Nicol earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University Los Angeles, and her J.D. at Western State College of Law.
After her parents encountered disability discrimination in the workplace, Mrs. Hajjar decided to pursue a career in employment law. Nicol’s father became paraplegic, due to multiple sclerosis and several companies refused to hire him because of his disability. Following Nicol’s mother’s treatment for cancer, her employer failed to accommodate her medical needs. Thus, Nicol handles all her employment cases, and treats all her clients, with the outmost respect.
Mrs. Hajjar represents clients in cases involving sexual harassment in the workplace, wage and hour claims, wrongful termination and workplace discrimination, in all forms. Nicol is an active member of The State Bar of California, CELA and CAALA.
