Mr. Dayan is a co-founding partner of The Accident Guys and commits himself to helping those who have been injured as a result of another's negligence. Mr. Dayan has personally handled over a thousand personal injury matters and has helped his clients obtain millions of dollars for their injuries.

While attending law school, Omid E. Dayan never pictured himself as a personal injury attorney. Like many others, he believed the stereotypes and was convinced "PI" was not for him. However, after graduating, he began his legal career at a high-volume personal injury firm. There, he was exposed to the insurance companies' ruthless tactics and quickly learned that insurance adjusters are trained to take advantage of unrepresented claimants. Ironically, within a short amount of time, he knew representing the underdog was his true passion. Mr. Dayan now takes pride in getting injured clients the compensation they deserve.
