Please allow me to take a moment to introduce myself. In 2011, I opened a law practice in my hometown of Alton, Illinois to counsel and represent individuals, families, and small businesses. I am licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, and United States District Court, Southern District of Illinois.
In my law practice, I put my clients' interests ahead of personal benefits; anything short of this principle I would effectively fail to uphold the ethics and standards of my profession. My firm delivers assertive, accessible, professional, and responsive legal representation. We promote an open channel of communication with each client to inspire a long-lasting professional relationship. At times, my clients' freedom, financial security, well-being, and physical health is threatened and of grave concern. Each client must understand that he or she has real access to me especially during difficult and stressful times.
I have courtroom and jury trial experience to handle a variety of Personal Injury Cases, Criminal Cases (Felonies, Misdemeanors, DUI's & Traffic) Administraive Hearings (License Reinstatment Hearings), and other matters involving General Civil Litigation. While a key aspect of my practice focuses on trial law, I have valuable experience in transactional law involving researching, drafting, revising, and executing legal documents. I offer professional and legal services, including full representation, to small businesses, non-profit organizations, local governments, and local public entities.
I am inspired to meet with prospective clients as well as existing clients to address questions, concerns, legal issues, and potential cases. My firm offers and provides flexible business hours for new and existing clients.
