Paul M. Byck is Managing Partner of Kreiter, Byck and Associates, LLC.

Paul has lectured attorneys throughout the country on the importance of communicating with clients. He is a lecturer for the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education.

Paul earned his law degree from DePaul University Law School in 1990 and in the same year was admitted to the Illinois Bar and the Federal Bar-Northern District of Illinois. He spent his first three years in practice working for an insurance defense firm where he learned many of the legal strategies insurance companies and their lawyers use every day to escape paying out claims.

In 1993 Paul decided he would rather put his skills to work representing injured victims and their families. With his keen ability to understand complicated medical issues, it didn't take long for him to start winning millions for his clients, putting their hearts and minds at ease about their future.

Paul's areas of concentration are medical malpractice, workers' compensation, and personal injury including catastrophic injury litigation, wrongful death, product liability, automobile and trucking accidents, construction accidents, birth injuries, brain trauma, and a number of other injury related matters.
Paul received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University's James Madison College in 1987, and has also earned college credit at Cambridge University in England. He has established a strong reputation in Northern Illinois for his honesty and high legal standards.

Guidance, Compassion and Trust are essential elements in a legal relationship. Paul Byck has lectured lawyers around the country about the virtues of honesty, trust and compassionate guidance as the most productive and ethical way to run a law firm.
