Mr. Reeves is the founding partner of the firm. He was born in Atlanta and grew up in Valdosta, Georgia. Being raised in a small town gave him strong, hard working values. After graduating from nursing school with honors, he worked in intensive care and then outpatient surgery as a Registered Nurse (RN). Through these experiences, Mr. Reeves learned what it was like to take care of patients with serious injuries and to comfort their families.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Reeves started his career as an insurance defense lawyer for the first seven (7) years during which time he advised adjusters on claims and case strategy. From this experience, he learned how insurance companies evaluate claims, what motivates them to settle, and how to prepare cases for trial. Insurance companies know which lawyers tend to settle their cases and which ones will go to trial. That distinction is critical to achieving the best results. Since that time, Mr. Reeves has proudly helped people who have been seriously injured at work or involved in automobile, large truck, and motorcycle accidents. Mr. Reeves has also been accepted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This prestigious organization is limited to the top trial lawyers in the country who have attained a verdict/settlement in excess of $1 million dollars. Less than 1% of all lawyers in America are members of this group.
As a personal injury attorney, Mr. Reeves has conscientiously represented clients over the years and helped them to get through some of the most traumatic times of their lives. As a criminal lawyer, he applies his developed civil litigation skills to aggressively defend those who have been charged with DUI/DWI. Whether it is a personal injury, workers compensation, or DUI/DWI case, Mr. Reeves stands ready and willing to fight for you and your family in both SC and NC. Compare our firm's credentials. Mr. Reeves is married to Tracy Reeves of Keller Williams Real Estate located in Baxter Village/Fort Mill. They live in Lake Wylie and Charlotte. Together, they have four children.
