Roger Sullivan received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Wabash College in 1998. He went on to receive his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Roger competed in many moot court and mock trial competitions earning enough points to be selected to the Board of Barristers where he was elected to serve as Vice Chair of Judges, a position which provided a full tuition scholarship.
Roger began his legal career in 2001 as a personal injury defense lawyer working for insurance carriers defending the negligent acts of their insureds. After learning the ins and outs of the insurance industry as one of their lawyers, Roger switched his practice to representing those victimized by the negligent acts of others in 2004. Since then, Roger has obtained many significant settlements for his clients. He has also obtained many substantial verdicts on behalf of his clients when the insurance carriers refused to make reasonable offers of settlement to fairly and adequately compensate his clients for their injuries and damages.
Roger became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2010. To become board certified, Roger had to have shown exceptional competence in personal injury trial law by trying a certain number of cases to verdict and passing a written exam. Since then, Roger has been listed as a Rising Star by Texas Superlawyers for 2015 and 2016. He was also named to Houstonia Magazine's list of Top Houston Lawyers for 2015.
Roger enjoys helping those who cannot help themselves and who do not know what to do when they suffer injuries as the result of another's negligence. He is passionate about holding those accountable for hurting others.
Roger is also a loving husband to his wife Catherine and father to their young son Andrew. In his spare time, Roger enjoys watching the Houston Texans and Texas Tech Football, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
