Seth Price is the Managing Partner of Price Benowitz LLP, a mid-sized law firm headquartered in Washington, DC. Mr. Price manages a team of 17 lawyers at his full-service practice, which has offices in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia and New York.
Mr. Price is an AV rated attorney who has earned a perfect 10/10 by AVVO and was named one of the top 50 lawyers in the Northeast by Amtrak Magazine. Mr. Price started his career at Swidler & Berlin as an plaintiff's insurance litigator. Mr. Price then went on to help launch USLaw.com, a pioneer consumer legal website that matched consumers with legal information, forms and local attorneys.
Mr. Price became partners with David Benowitz in 2002 and that partnership became Price Benowitz, LLP.
In addition to managing Price Benowitz, LLP, Mr. Price is the Managing Director of KMG Management, a real estate company that develops and manages real estate and storage in the Mid Atlantic market.
Mr. Price is a board member and past Board Chair of KIPP Baltimore, the Maryland branch of the highly successful charter school network. Mr. Price currently serves as Board Chair for Ed Village, an international educational non profit that is helping to bring the best teaching practices of KIPP and other high preforming charter schools around the globe. This year Ed Village opened schools in India and South Africa.
Mr. Price is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and the State of New York. He graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Price received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics and International Relations.
Mr. Price resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland with his wife and two sons, Jacob, age 5, and Dylan, age 3.
