I chose to base my practice in the Houston area because I wanted to serve the community in which I live. This community needs an attorney who cares. An attorney who fights hard to ensure everyone facing a personal injury case gets the compensation they deserve. An attorney who answers all your questions and takes care of you like family. An attorney who puts people first."

Attorney Profile Stewart grew up in Houston and currently lives in the Cypress Northwest Houston area with his wife, his two children, and his dog, Skia.
After graduating from Clear Lake High School, Stewart attended the University of Texas for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the University of Houston Bates College of Law, and has been in private practice, vigorously representing the rights of his clients for 20 years.
Stewart believes strongly in being a part of Cypress, Tomball, Spring, and the greater Northwest Houston community he serves. You can read more about his activities in the Community Involvement section.
While he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in maximizing recoveries on behalf of his clients, he is never too busy, nor does he consider himself too important, to stop and answer his clients' questions personally. One key element to Stewart's approachability is his irreverence and ability to poke fun at himself at every turn. While Stewart never takes himself too seriously, he always pursues his clients' cases with deadly seriousness.
Stewart's approach with his clients is more like one of friendship than one of client-attorney relationship. He doesn't know any other way to approach the practice of law.
"I treat all my clients like friends and family, and it makes me work very hard for them. I look forward to going to work because of the relationships with my clients and the fact that I get to help each and every one, every day."
