Victoria Alford joined Arnold & Itkin LLP in the spring of 2012, bringing with her a lifelong commitment to helping others. While with the firm, she has assisted victims of catastrophic work injuries, dangerous pharmaceuticals, and offshore accidents. Victoria also spends significant time working with the firm's newest clients; she takes pride in knowing that each client who chooses Arnold & Itkin will receive the compensation and personalized attention that they deserve.

Victoria got her first taste of public service interning for the Texas State Senate while just a high school student in Austin, Texas. Those experiences led her to Baylor University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In the process, she served during the 81st Texas Legislative Session as a prestigious Bob Bullock Scholar and earned the Mayborn Scholarship to intern in Washington D.C. Before law school, she continued to apply her talents in the public sector, first working in a State Senator's office and eventually moving back to our nation's capital to serve on the staff of a Texas Congressman.

Her time at South Texas College of Law garnered Victoria several awards and accolades such as the American Jurisprudence Award in Family Law. Those accomplishments aside, she also had the privilege of serving as judicial clerk to Harris County's 234th District Court before ultimately becoming a law clerk for Arnold & Itkin LLP; following graduation, she continued on as an attorney at our firm. In recognition of her work with Arnold & Itkin, she has been named one of the "Top 40 under 40" by the National Trial Lawyers Association. In 2016, Victoria was selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers? Rising Stars_ list. Throughout her legal practice, she has earned a reputation of representing clients with vigor and grace?always being mindful of each individual's needs.
