Vincent grew up here in Solano County in the Downtown Vallejo area. He graduated from Saint Patricks/Saint Vincents High School in 1991. He then Graduated with a Degree in Criminology from Fresno State University in 1995 and later a Juris Doctorate from Empire Law School in 1999.
Growing up in Vallejo, Vincent was exposed early to the Criminal Justice system. He won his first ever Jury Trial which was a Three Strikes case in less than a year as a lawyer. Vincent has tried over 75 cases to Verdict and has argued appeals and and Motions to suppress as well as filed Writs of Mandate within the First District Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
