Why it’s so difficult for sexual harassment victims to win in court

In December, Time magazine’s Person of the Year went to “the silence breakers,” women who have spoken out about sexual harassment and ignited the #MeToo movement. However, as the Harvard Business Review notes, putting into place policies and procedures won’t stop sexual harassment in the workplace. In face, the title of the article blames human resources departments and judges for making it nearly impossible to win sexual harassment lawsuits.
