Sarah Brinkley

From Division I College Athlete to Advocate, Attorney Sarah Brinkley knows exactly how to fight and win. Prior to opening Brinkley Law, Sarah spent 5 years advocating for the State of Indiana as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. In her career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, she successfully handled well over 1,000 criminal cases. Starting in the traffic, misdemeanor, and felony divisions and eventually moving to the prestigious Drug Unit. While serving as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Sarah developed and implemented electronic search warrants in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. Prior to working as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Sarah gained experience in corporate and business law while interning in Washington, DC at Blank Rome, LLP, one of the Nation's Top 100 Law Firm's. 

Sarah works closely with her client's to solve their complex legal problems by understanding their needs and applying the skills and knowledge gained through experience to achieve positive outcomes. Sarah prides herself on being a trusted advisor and aggressive advocate.
